Running an AutoSummary Routine

Use AutoSummary expedites the reporting process.

Steps

  1. Ensure that all data has been entered or imported.
  2. Click Auto Summary on the application toolbar. The following message displays: Processing Auto Summary routines.

Warning:

If AutoSummary is no longer synchronized with the data, a warning message displays stating that the AutoSummary routine should be run again when you save or promote a report.
