Obtaining the Users Guide Offline
The Users Guide can be used independent of the Synapse PACS application. You can download a .chm version or request a PDF version that you can print, if needed. Follow the steps below to obtain the Users Guide.
Obtaining a Users Guide From the FujiFilm Community Portal
- Access the Fujifilm Community portal at https://fujimedprod.force.com/ and log in with your account.
- Click the breadcrumbs
icon, located on the upper left side of the screen, and choose Knowledge Articles. - Browse to PACS.
- Search for the Release Notes that correspond to your version.
- Download the attached zip file. The zip file includes all of the product documents.
Using the .chm File
- Copy the chm file to one of your local drives. Chm files cannot be read through a shared network drive.
- Access the properties of the .chm file and ensure that it is unblocked. Browsers block chm files when downloaded directly.
- Double-click to open the .chm file.
Requesting a PDF or a Printed Version
- Contact your Fujifilm representative and request a PDF or a paper copy. PDFs are easier to obtain and are ready for you to print.
- Contact your Fujifilm representative to request a printed and delivered copy.
