Configuring Edge Browser

Careful attention to browser configuration settings helps to ensure the best Synapse performance. Default settings usually need modification. For example, default settings in Edge can negatively affect your ability to open PowerJacket and Viewer windows at the same time, if pop-up blocker policies are applied to PowerJacket.

Note:

  • You must install the FUJIFILM Synapse Extension to ensure maximum browser support. See Browser Considerations.
  • If you use the Clinical Reporting Application (CRA), you must install the Synapse Extension.
  • A flashing white line might occur while using CRA. To avoid the flashing white line, use F7 to turn off caret browsing.
