Adding an Ellipse to a Vessel Diagram

Use the Ellipse option to highlight an Region of Interest (ROI) on the vessel diagram.

Note:

You cannot use the keyboard shortcuts for adding annotations.

Adding an Ellipse

  1. Click the Annotation tool on the vessel diagram toolbar. An annotation drop-down list displays.
  2. Select Ellipse . The cursor displays as crosshairs.
  3. Click the ROI on the vessel diagram and drag to create an ellipse.

Editing an Ellipse

  • Do any of the following:

If you want to ...

Do this ...

Move the ellipse
  • Select the ellipse to display the center point.
  • Click and drag the ellipse to the new location.

Change the ellipse size.
  • Select the ellipse to display the anchor points.
  • Click and drag an anchor point.

Delete an ellipse.
  • Select the ellipse.
  • Press Delete and click Yes.
