Adding a Rectangular ROI on an Image
Use the Rectangular ROI option to highlight an area of interest on an image.
Steps
- Right-click the image to display a context menu.
- Select Annotations > Rectangular ROI.
- On the image, click and hold the left-mouse button.
- Move the mouse diagonally to get a rectangular shape that you want. Synapse displays ROI measurements as defined in the Annotations panel in User Settings. See Change the SUV Correction Method.
