Searching for Reserved Studies

The All Reservations Worklist and Global All Reservations Worklist (and any Worklists based on the Reservations Worklist) include a Reservation Creation Timestamp column. Use the search options available in the Reservation Creation Timestamp column to locate reserved studies.

Note:
  • When a reservation exceeds the Reservation Threshold Alert, configurable in SWAT, the value displayed in the Resv. Creation Timestamp column for the reservation turns yellow.
  • The time threshold is based on either:
    • When you create the initial reservation
    • The last update to an existing reservation

Steps

  1. With the All Reservations Worklist or Global All Reservations Worklist open, place your cursor in the QBE field of the Resv. Creation Timestamp column and click to open the dialog box. Select from the following options:

If you want to do this...

Choose this option...

Locate studies that were reserved today.
  • Click Today.

Locate studies that were reserved less than a specified number of days ago.
  • Click Less or Equal to.
  • Enter the preferred number of days in the field.

Note: This field supports numerical entries only.

Locate studies that were reserved greater than a specified number of days ago.
  • Click Greater than.
  • Enter the preferred number of days in the field.

Note: This field supports numerical entries only.

Locate studies that were reserved within a specified date range.
  • Click Range .
  • Click the calendar icon next to the From field to select the start date.
  • Click the calendar icon next to the To field to select the end date.
 
  1. Click OK to initiate the search or click Cancel to close the dialog box.

Results

The All Reservations or Global All Reservations Worklist page displays studies that were reserved within the parameters you selected.
